为解决水泥灰土稳定砂的收缩裂缝,通过聚丙烯纤维水泥灰土稳定砂和普通水泥灰土稳定砂各龄期的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度、抗压回弹模量和干缩系数等路用性能指标的研究,认为聚丙烯纤维能显著改善水泥灰土稳定砂材料的路用性能,尤其在抗裂性能方面具有明显的优势。通过现场试验和追踪调查表明,加入聚丙烯纤维能减少裂缝病害。

In order to solve shrinkage cracking of cement-lime stabilized sand,the pavement performance indicators including unconfined compressive strength,splitting strength,compression modulus and shrinkage coefficient of polypropylene fiber reinforced cement-lime stabilized sand and general cement-lime stabilized sand in different ages are separately analyzed.It is considered that polypropylene fiber can significantly improve pavement performance of cement-lime stabilized sand,especially having clear advantages in the aspect of crack resistance.Through site test and tracking investigation,it is shown that polypropylene fiber mixture can reduce cracks.
