目的 观察丹参注射液对重度妊娠期高血压疾病患者血管活性物质、肾功能影响及临床疗效.方法 88例重度妊娠期高血压疾病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组.对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用丹参注射液治疗,检测内皮素(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)和肾功能指标,评价临床疗效.结果 1两组患者血浆ET-1浓度与治疗前比较均显著下降(p<0.05),且治疗组ET-1浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);NO浓度与治疗前比较显著上升(P<0.05),且治疗组NO浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2两组患者血清尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸(UA)和肌肝(Gr)与治疗前比较均显著下降(P<0.05),且治疗组BUN、UA和Gr显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 丹参注射液能抑制重度妊娠期高血压疾病患者血管内皮细胞受损,改善肾功能,疗效显著,可作为治疗妊娠期高血压疾病的常规药物之一.

목적 관찰단삼주사액대중도임신기고혈압질병환자혈관활성물질、신공능영향급림상료효.방법 88례중도임신기고혈압질병환자수궤분위치료조화대조조.대조조채용상규서약치료,치료조재대조조기출상가용단삼주사액치료,검측내피소(ET-1)、일양화담(NO)화신공능지표,평개림상료효.결과 1량조환자혈장ET-1농도여치료전비교균현저하강(p<0.05),차치료조ET-1농도현저저우대조조(P<0.05);NO농도여치료전비교현저상승(P<0.05),차치료조NO농도현저고우대조조(P<0.05);2량조환자혈청뇨소담(BUN)、뇨산(UA)화기간(Gr)여치료전비교균현저하강(P<0.05),차치료조BUN、UA화Gr현저저우대조조(P<0.05).결론 단삼주사액능억제중도임신기고혈압질병환자혈관내피세포수손,개선신공능,료효현저,가작위치료임신기고혈압질병적상규약물지일.
OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of vasoactive substances and renal function of patients with severe pregnancy induced hypertension(Pill) by treatment of danshen injection. METHODS 88 cases with PIH were divided randomly into the treatment group and control group. Conventional western medicine treatment was taken into control group, while danshen injection combined with conventional western medicine were taken into the treatment group. The endothelin (ET), nitric oxide(NO), renal function and clinical efficacy were observed. RESULTS 1Compared with those per-treatment, the plasma ET-1 of two groups was significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the plasma ET-1 of treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05) ; Compared with those per-treatment, the plasma NO of two groups was significantly increased (P<0.05), and the plasma NO of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05);2Compared with those per-treatment, the serum BUN, UA, Gr of two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the serum BUN, UA, Gr of-treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS Danshen injection can inhibit vascular endothelial cell damage from PIH patients and improve renal function, the clinical efficacy is significant. Dansben injection can be used to treat the PIH as conventional drug.
