目的:评估急诊内科综合诊治急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血(acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,ANVUGIB)的临床效果.方法:选取北京大学深圳医院2006年2月～2009年2月经急诊内科综合诊治的ANVUGIB患者189例,统计病变检出率、各不同时间段病变检出率、治疗效果、患者平均留观住院天数.结果:急诊内镜检查时间越早,病变检出率越高,尤其是对急性胃黏膜病变等黏膜浅表病变的检出率.结论:急诊内科综合诊治可以保证急诊内镜安全、有效的进行,并可降低患者急诊留观及住院平均天数.
목적:평고급진내과종합진치급성비정맥곡장성상소화도출혈(acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,ANVUGIB)적림상효과.방법:선취북경대학심수의원2006년2월～2009년2월경급진내과종합진치적ANVUGIB환자189례,통계병변검출솔、각불동시간단병변검출솔、치료효과、환자평균류관주원천수.결과:급진내경검사시간월조,병변검출솔월고,우기시대급성위점막병변등점막천표병변적검출솔.결론:급진내과종합진치가이보증급진내경안전、유효적진행,병가강저환자급진류관급주원평균천수.
Objective:To evaluate the integrated emergency medical treatment of acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding(acute non-variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding,ANVUG1B) the clinical effect.Methods: Selected the 189 patients in shenzheng hospital from the February 2006 to 2009 ,all the patients had a comprehensive emergency medical ANVUGIB diagnosis and treatment.Analyzed statistical lesion detection rate,the rate of disease detection in the different time periods,treatment effect,observation of patients with an average length of hospital stay.Results: The sooner the emergency endoscopy,the higher detection rate of lesions,especially for acute gastricmucosal lesions,such as the detection rate of superficial lesions.Conclusion: The emergency medical treatment can be integrated to ensure that emergency endoscopy safe and effective and to reduce the average number of hospitalized days and observation times of patients.
