空冷凝汽器支架结构是大型火力发电厂采用的一类特殊工业建筑,属典型的钢-混凝土竖向混合结构.运用FLUENT软件对某大型空冷支架结构表面风荷载进行数值模拟,计算了三种不同挡风墙形式和三种不同风向角作用下空冷支架结构的整体体型系数,研究了各工况下结构的A型架和挡风墙风压分布规律,分析了挡风墙形式对A型架上部气流流向的影响,得到了在最合理的挡风墙形式下A型架和挡风墙各区的体型系数.最后,将最合理挡风墙形式下各区的体型系数与风洞试验结果进行了对比分析,结果表明,数值风洞模拟结果与风洞试验结果吻合较好.

Air cooled condenser support structure in large thermal power plants is a new special industrial structure. It is a typical steel-concrete vertical hybrid structure. The surface wind load on an air cooled condenser support structure is simulated with FLUENT software. The structural shape coefficients under three different wind-break wall styles and three different wind direction angles were calculated. Wind pressure distribution law on the structural A type structure and wind-break wall under all conditions was studied. Airflow direction at the top of A type structure under different wind-break wall styles was analyzed. Shape coefficients on the wind-break wall and A shape structure under the most reasonable wind-break wall style were obtained. The results of the numerical simulation and wind tunnel experiment were comparatively analyzed. Results show that the numerical simulation results are consistent with the wind tunnel experiment results.
