The decision making problem ordinarily described by interval grey numbers using grey theory is dealt with and extended. The comparable principle and norm between interval grey numbers are constructed.Then an α-PROMETHEE method and its application based-on interval grey numbers are proposed, and the purpose of multi-attribute group decision making and information fusion based on interval grey numbers is achieved.
