目的探讨眼眶良性淋巴上皮病变的泪液分泌功能变化情况.方法对10例眼眶良性淋巴上皮病变患者的两眼术前术后泪液分泌功能变化进行1:1配对比较分析.结果治疗1个月后,非手术眼反射性泪液分泌较手术眼及治疗前均有显著性增多差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),手术眼反射性泪液分泌同治疗前相比差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论眼眶良性淋巴上皮病变对糖皮质激素治疗敏感,治疗后泪腺仍然可以恢复部分泪液分泌功能,手术时不宜切除过多的肿大泪腺.
목적 탐토안광량성림파상피병변적루액분비공능변화정황.방법 대10례안광량성림파상피병변환자적량안술전술후루액분비공능변화진행1:1배대비교분석.결과 치료1개월후,비수술안반사성루액분비교수술안급치료전균유현저성증다차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05),수술안반사성루액분비동치료전상비차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05).결론 안광량성림파상피병변대당피질격소치료민감,치료후루선잉연가이회복부분루액분비공능,수술시불의절제과다적종대루선.
Objective To assess the lacrimal secretion changes of benign lymphocpithelial lesion (BLEL)in the orbit.Methods Schirmer's tests were performed on 10 patients prior to and after surgery,and the paired Student's t-test was used in this study.Results At 1 month after treatment,non-surgical eyes have more quantity of reflex lacrimal secretion than that of surgical eyes and non-surgical eyes themselves before being treated,surgical eyes have no more quantity of lacrimal secretion than that of themselves without being treated.Conclusions At surgery,the lacrimal gland mass shoud not be completely removed,for glucocorticoids is very effective to BLEL and these lacrimal glands still remain part of secreting function after therapy.
