建立了酸枣离体组织培养结合 60Co-γ射线辐照获得突变株的技术.(1)酸枣叶片外植体在含有ZEA 1mg/L,2,4-D 0.5mg/L和NAA0.5mg/L的MS培养基上诱导愈伤组织:经 60Co-γ射线辐照后在含有ZEA 1mg/L和NAA0.5mg/L的MS培养基上诱导幼苗;(2)试管苗用20~30Gy 60Co-γ射线辐照后,在BAP 2mg/L和IBA 0.4mg/L的MS培养基上进行不定苗繁殖.(3)不定苗在含有IBA 1mg/L和IAA0.4mg/L的MS培养基上生根.此外,用200~450Gy 60Co-γ射线辐照种仁,也能获得突变株.
建立瞭痠棘離體組織培養結閤 60Co-γ射線輻照穫得突變株的技術.(1)痠棘葉片外植體在含有ZEA 1mg/L,2,4-D 0.5mg/L和NAA0.5mg/L的MS培養基上誘導愈傷組織:經 60Co-γ射線輻照後在含有ZEA 1mg/L和NAA0.5mg/L的MS培養基上誘導幼苗;(2)試管苗用20~30Gy 60Co-γ射線輻照後,在BAP 2mg/L和IBA 0.4mg/L的MS培養基上進行不定苗繁殖.(3)不定苗在含有IBA 1mg/L和IAA0.4mg/L的MS培養基上生根.此外,用200~450Gy 60Co-γ射線輻照種仁,也能穫得突變株.

We set up the following technique of in vitro culture combined with 60Coγ-ray irradiation to obtain mutants: (1) inducing calli from jujube leaf explants cultured on the MS medium containing ZEA 1mg/L,2,4-D 0.5mg/L and NAA 0.5mg/L and inducing shoots from leaf calli which were irradiated with 60Coγ-ray and then cultured on the MS medium containing ZEA 1mg/L and NAA 0.5mg/L; (2) test-tube seedlings were irradiated with 60Coγ-ray at 20~30Gy dose and then cultured on the MS medium containing BAP 2mg/L and IBA 0.4mg/L for multiplication of adventitious shoots; (3) culturing young adventitious shoots on MS medium containing IBA 1mg/L and IAA 0.4mg/L for rooting. In addition, irradiating jujube kernels with 60Coγ-ray at 200~450 Gy dose could also obtain mutants.
