为了研究裂蹄木层孔菌发酵产物对植物病原菌的抑菌活性。采用菌丝生长速率法测定裂蹄木层孔菌不同发酵时间的产物对7种供试病原菌的抑制作用,将裂蹄木层孔菌的发酵产物进行不同的处理,分级纯化抑菌活性多糖,比较其抑菌活性。结果表明:裂蹄木层孔菌发酵产物对7种病原菌均有抑制作用;发酵时间为20天的裂蹄木层孔菌发酵产物对杨树烂皮病的抑制率最高;裂蹄木层孔菌发酵产物的主要抑菌活性物质存在于发酵上清液醇提物中;醇沉级别为30%(浓度为50 mg/mL)醇提物中的多糖对病原菌的抑制率为供试醇沉级别中最高。说明裂蹄木层孔菌含有抑制病原菌的有效成分,具备成为新型生物农药的潜力。
為瞭研究裂蹄木層孔菌髮酵產物對植物病原菌的抑菌活性。採用菌絲生長速率法測定裂蹄木層孔菌不同髮酵時間的產物對7種供試病原菌的抑製作用,將裂蹄木層孔菌的髮酵產物進行不同的處理,分級純化抑菌活性多糖,比較其抑菌活性。結果錶明:裂蹄木層孔菌髮酵產物對7種病原菌均有抑製作用;髮酵時間為20天的裂蹄木層孔菌髮酵產物對楊樹爛皮病的抑製率最高;裂蹄木層孔菌髮酵產物的主要抑菌活性物質存在于髮酵上清液醇提物中;醇沉級彆為30%(濃度為50 mg/mL)醇提物中的多糖對病原菌的抑製率為供試醇沉級彆中最高。說明裂蹄木層孔菌含有抑製病原菌的有效成分,具備成為新型生物農藥的潛力。

To discover the antifungal activity of the extracts from Phellinus linteus. We used the growth rate method measuring antifungal action to seven kinds of plant pathogen by Phellinus linteus different fermentation time fermentation product, the fermentation product was treated by different way, get the polysaccharide from the ethanol concentration, compare to antifungal activity. The results showed that antibacterial substances from Phellinus linteus had growth inhibitory effects on seven pathogenic bacteria;fermentation time was 20 d, the antibiotic compound had the highest inhibitory rate to Cytospora chrysosperma. The antibiotic compound from Phellinus linteus almost existed in supernatant of acoparia-alcohol extract;30%alcohol-precipitation concentration (concentration was 50 mg/mL) was highest in all. Phellinus linteus contained the antifungal activity component and had the potential became the new biological pesticide.
