实习基地是高等学校实践教学的载体，是培养和提高大学生创新精神和实践能力的重要平台。高校实践活动具有教育性、多元性、主体性、外助性的特征；实习活动具有教学实践的启蒙性、教学时间的灵活性、教学空间的多样性、教学场地的依赖性。目前高校实习基地活动存在的问题表现为：模式程式化、布点盲目化、经费单一化、责权失衡化。通过对高校实践活动、实习、实习基地进行分析，以期对高等学校实习基地的建设提供一定的借鉴。

Practical base is a carrier of practical teaching in colleges and universities and an important platform, on which the spirit of innovation and practical ability of college students is improved. The practical activities in colleges and universities have characteristics of educability, diversity, subjectivity, external helpfulness; and practice has enlightenment in teaching practice, flexibility in teaching time, diversity in teaching space, dependence in teaching venues. At present, practical base in colleges and universities exists some problems such as stylization in pattern, blindness in distribution, singleness in funds, imbalance be- tween duty and power. By analyzing the practical activities, practice and practical base in colleges and univer- sities, the author wants to provide some references for constructing practical base in colleges and universities.
