介绍了锅炉再热器发生爆漏停机事故的情况.针对再热器存在问题,从锅炉设计缺陷、吹灰器的吹蚀和温度压力超标及运行管理不善造成的泄漏几个方面进行了分析.为提高安全运行,降低竖井区域吹灰器压力、温度和吹灰次数;对锅炉设计不足的部件进行结构调整,将吹爆炉管的吹灰器位置沿烟气流向向前移动,减轻其对再热器的冲刷;另外在磨损严重的区域加装和加固必要的防磨瓦,或者涂刷高温耐磨涂料.

This article introduces power unit shut down due to tube reheater explosion. According to existing problems, several sides are analyzed containing boiler design defect, wind erosion on reheater from seotblowers,excess operating temperature and pressure and poor operation and management. In order to improve operation safety, the pressure and temperature of sootblower in rear flue should be reduced, and times of blowing fly ash should be decreased. Responding parts of poor design should be adjusted in structure, e. g. removing forward a-long flue gas flowing to reduce washing reheater. Furthermore, adding and reinforcing necessary wear-resistant file or brushing high-temperature point may avoid explosion.
