以西兰花花茎为外植体,进行不定芽诱导、增殖及植株再生的研究.结果表明,花茎切割后平接或按极性竖接种于培养基中两种接种方式对不定芽的诱导无明显差异,不定芽最佳诱导培养基为MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA0.3 mg/L,最适增殖培养基为MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L,最适生根培养基是1/2 MS+IBA0.1 mg/L+NAA0.05 mg/L+活性炭0.5 g/L.

The scape of Brassica oleracea vat. italica Pianch was used as explants for adventitious buds induction, multiplication and plant regeneration. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two inoculation methods on induction of adventitious buds after the cross-cutting plants inoculated or inoculated in the medium polarity erection. The optimum medium for adventitious buds induction was MS+6-BA2.0 mg/L+NAA0.3 mg/L. The appropriate medium for multiplication and plant regeneration were MS+6-BA1.0 mg/L+NAAO.1 mg/L and 1/2MS+IBA0.1 mg/L+NAA0.05 mg/L+ AC0.5 g/L, respectively.
