以葡萄嫁接苗根系为试材,测定半致死温度,以探讨不同品种接穗对根系抗寒性的影响.设定-20、-25、-30、-35和-40℃五个处理温度,通过测定电导值,配合Logistic方程测定了4个鲜食葡萄品种嫁接苗根系低温半致死温度.结果表明:4个葡萄品种根系LT50在-21.4~-24.8℃;京亚嫁接苗抗冻性最强(LT_(50))-24.8℃,无核白鸡心嫁接苗抗冻性最弱(LT_(50)) -21.4℃.抗寒性由强到弱的顺序为京亚嫁接苗、贝达苗、无核白鸡心嫁接苗、红地球嫁接苗.

Treat the roots at the temperatures of -20℃,-25℃,-30℃,-35℃,-40℃ before test the electrolytic leakage. The semi-lethal temperatures (LT_(50)) of four grafted grape cultivars root was conduced by using conductance method with Logistic. The experiment results showed that the semi-lethal temperatures between -21.4℃ and -24.8℃.Jingya's cold-resistant ability was best,and the Wuhebaijixin's was worst.The order of cold-resistant ability was Jingya,Beida,Wuhebaijixin,and Hongdiqiu.The experiment use the grafted grape roots in order to study on the influence of aerial part to the root cold-resistant ability.
