[目的]了解和掌握奉化地区出口冻虾仁的溶藻弧菌污染情况.[方法]采集冻虾仁标本按照SN 0173-92分离溶藻弧菌.[结果]从35批冻虾仁出口样品中,检测出溶藻弧菌菌株21批,检出率高达61.76%.[结论]冻虾仁中溶藻弧菌携带率很高,应引起相关部门重视,企业应采用切实有效的杀菌方法,谨慎选择原料捕捞季节和海区.

[Objective] The research aimed to understand and master the pollution situations of Vibrio alginolyticus on exported frozen shelled shrimp in Fenghua region. [Method] The frozen shelled shrimp specimen were collected and Vibrio alginolyticus was separated on the basis of SN 0173-92. [Result] 21 batch of Vibrio alginolyticus were detected in 35 exported frozen shelled shrimp samples and the detection rate of it were 61.76%. [Conclusion] The frozen shelled shrimp carried Vibrio alginolyticus in a high rate, which the relevant departments should draw attentions to. The companies should adopt practical and effective sterilization methods and select seasons and sea areas carefully fishing for raw materials.
