目的 探讨两种护理模式在腰椎滑脱症手术患者的应用效果.方法 将86例腰椎滑脱症手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各43例,对照组按常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取循证护理干预,比较两组并发症发生率和腰腿痛残留率.结果 观察组并发症发生率和腰腿痛残留率明显低于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论 腰椎滑脱症围术期实施循证护理干预,能改善腰部活动功能,减少腰腿痛的残留,降低并发症发生率,促进患者康复.

목적 탐토량충호리모식재요추활탈증수술환자적응용효과.방법 장86례요추활탈증수술환자수궤분위대조조화관찰조각43례,대조조안상규호리,관찰조재차기출상채취순증호리간예,비교량조병발증발생솔화요퇴통잔류솔.결과 관찰조병발증발생솔화요퇴통잔류솔명현저우대조조(균P＜0.05).결론 요추활탈증위술기실시순증호리간예,능개선요부활동공능,감소요퇴통적잔류,강저병발증발생솔,촉진환자강복.
Objective To study the effects of two kinds of nursing methods on patients with spondylolisthesis.Methods Eighty six patients with spondylolisthesis were randomly divided into two group,control group and observation group,43 cases were in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing,the patients in observation were treated with evidence - based nursing based as well as routine nursing.Occurrence rate of complication and lumbar - leg pain were compared between two groups.Results Occurrence rate of complication and lumbar - leg pain in observation group were less than those of in control group.Conclusions Implementing evidence -based nursing on the patients with spondylolisthesis during perioperative period can improve waist movement function,decrease occurrence rate of complication,promote rehabilitation.
