通过各种实验研制出一种新的环保型退镀液,退镀速度能达到2μm/min;镀层的溶解量大,1 kg退镀液可以退除镀层562.14 g;氮氧化物的消减率达98%以上.总之,该退镀液的研制为实现"绿色生产"的目标而迈进了一大步.

A new environmental protection type deplating solution was developed according to the tests. The deplating rate of the solu-tion can achieve 2 μm/min. And the solution has large capacity to dissolve the unqualified coatings (one kg solution can dissolve 562.14 g coatings). The nitrogen oxides can be reduced to be lower than 2%. With this deplating solution, the "green production" will be realized.
