首先利用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对徐州火车站大跨度无站台柱钢结构雨棚工程中开孔铸钢节点初步设计方案进行有限元应力分析,提出方案中存在的问题,通过对问题的分析研究,给出两种修改方案,以满足设计要求;同时通过对工程项目的计算分析及设计研究,针对开孔铸钢节点设计提出应注意的问题及解决方法,以供设计人员及生产厂家参考.
首先利用有限元分析軟件ANSYS,對徐州火車站大跨度無站檯柱鋼結構雨棚工程中開孔鑄鋼節點初步設計方案進行有限元應力分析,提齣方案中存在的問題,通過對問題的分析研究,給齣兩種脩改方案,以滿足設計要求;同時通過對工程項目的計算分析及設計研究,針對開孔鑄鋼節點設計提齣應註意的問題及解決方法,以供設計人員及生產廠傢參攷.
수선이용유한원분석연건ANSYS,대서주화차참대과도무참태주강결구우붕공정중개공주강절점초보설계방안진행유한원응력분석,제출방안중존재적문제,통과대문제적분석연구,급출량충수개방안,이만족설계요구;동시통과대공정항목적계산분석급설계연구,침대개공주강절점설계제출응주의적문제급해결방법,이공설계인원급생산엄가삼고.
Using finite element analysis software ANSYS, it is analyzed the preliminary design scheme of the opening cast steel node for long-span steel canopy without platform pillar of Xuzhou Railway Station. The problems in the scheme are proposed. Through analyzing these problems two modified schemes are given to meet the requirements of the design; meanwhile it is also proposed that several points needing attention and their solutions by calculation of the projects and study on design of opening cast steel nodes.
