以沙基培养的甘草幼苗为材料,研究不同浓度NaCl和Na_2CO_3胁迫对其膜质过氧化作用和保护酶活性的影响.结果表明,随盐处理浓度的升高,膜透性、MDA含量呈现上升趋势、POD和SOD两种保护酶的活性先上升后下降.在相同[Na~+]胁迫强度下,碱胁迫下的胁变反应均比盐胁迫强烈.

Lipid peroxidation and activity of defense enzymes in sand-cultured seedlings of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch were studied under stress with different concentration of NaCl and Na_2CO_3. The results showed that with the increase of salt contents ,the membrane permeability and the content of MDA increase ,the activity of two kinds of defensive enzyme POD and SOD increased at first and then declined later. Under the same concentration of Na~+,the reaction of alkaline stress was more seriously than that of the saline stress.
