目的 观察复方野葛根胶囊的急性毒性反应.方法 复方野葛根胶囊以最大浓度及最大给药体积的药液灌胃给药,对照组给予同体积蒸馏水,3次/d.连续观察14 d,记录小鼠毒副反应情况.结果 观察14 d后,给药组与对照组比较,全部动物健存;对照组及给药组小鼠体质量平均增长分别为40.56%、40.96%,无明显差异(P>0.05),未见任何毒性反应.计算其最大给药量为2 322 mg葛根素/kg体质量.结论 复方野葛根胶囊毒性较小.

목적 관찰복방야갈근효낭적급성독성반응.방법 복방야갈근효낭이최대농도급최대급약체적적약액관위급약,대조조급여동체적증류수,3차/d.련속관찰14 d,기록소서독부반응정황.결과 관찰14 d후,급약조여대조조비교,전부동물건존;대조조급급약조소서체질량평균증장분별위40.56%、40.96%,무명현차이(P>0.05),미견임하독성반응.계산기최대급약량위2 322 mg갈근소/kg체질량.결론 복방야갈근효낭독성교소.
Objective To study the acute toxicity of Compound Pueraria extract capsule on mice. Methods Mice in experimental medicine group were intragastrically administered Compound Pueraria extract capsules by the thickest concentration and the largest volume permitted three times one day, and were observed on the situation of acute toxicity in the successive 14 days. Mice in control group were administered the equal distilled water and were conducted with the same methods as the experimental medicine group.Results Compared with the control group, all mice in the experimental medicine group survived healthyly and the increasing rates of weight in the two groups were respectively 40.56% and 40.96%(P>0.05). No acute toxicities were observed in both groups. The largest dose of compound pueraria extract capsule was 2322 milligram of puerarin per kilogram in mice.Conclusion Compound Pueraria extract capsule has little acute toxicity in mice.
