目的:介绍美国抗凝治疗管理模式-抗凝门诊的状况以及抗凝门诊中药师的角色,为我国的抗凝治疗提供参考.方法:通过文献检索了解抗凝门诊的效果、工作模式,及药师在其中扮演的角色与药师处方权.结果和结论:药师管理的抗凝门诊是有效的,这一模式值得我国借鉴.

Objective:To introduce the management mode of anticoagulant therapy in USA,the situation of anticoagulation clinic and the role of pharmacists in it and provide some experience of anticoagulant therapy.Methods:Literature retrieval methods was used to study the effectiveness and work mode of the anticoagulation clinic,pharmacists' role and prescription authority,etc.Results and conclusion:Anticoagulation clinic managed by pharmacists is effective.The mode is worthy of spreading in China.
