应用有限元分析软件LS-DYNA对影响电除尘器阳极板振打效果的锤头质量、锤臂长、悬挂方式及极板厚度等因素进行了数值仿真,分析了各因素对阳极板振打加速度分布的影响;利用分析结果对振打装置的结构进行了改进设计,结果表明可以较好地满足工业除尘的要求.本研究提出的电除尘器阳极板振打仿真方法为电除尘器振打装置的参数设计提供了一条新的途径.
應用有限元分析軟件LS-DYNA對影響電除塵器暘極闆振打效果的錘頭質量、錘臂長、懸掛方式及極闆厚度等因素進行瞭數值倣真,分析瞭各因素對暘極闆振打加速度分佈的影響;利用分析結果對振打裝置的結構進行瞭改進設計,結果錶明可以較好地滿足工業除塵的要求.本研究提齣的電除塵器暘極闆振打倣真方法為電除塵器振打裝置的參數設計提供瞭一條新的途徑.

Factors including the mass of the hammer head,the length of the hammer arm,the plate supports and the plate thickness which all influence the ESP acceleration of a positive plate are simulated using LS-DYNA.The effects of different influencing factors on the rapping acceleration of the positive plate are investigated.The calculated rapping acceleration distribution on the positive plate is shown to be in good agreement with measured date.Therefore,based on the simulation results,the rapping device can be improved to meet the needs of industrial dust pollution control.The proposed simulation method provides a new approach for the parameter design of a rapping device.
