以元宝枫、火炬、爬山虎3种秋色叶植物为试材,研究了秋叶变色时期叶片花青苷的含量与超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)及多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性的动态变化及相关关系。结果表明:3种秋色叶植物花青苷的含量决定叶片的着色程度。3种秋色叶植物花青苷含量随叶片着色呈上升趋势,火炬和爬山虎花青苷的上升速率比元宝枫快。SOD活性随着叶片着色逐渐下降,与花青苷含量呈极显著负相关,说明其在一定程度上不利于秋色叶植物叶片着色。POD活性表现出先升后降的趋势,3种植物中POD活性与花青苷相关性不一。PPO活性随叶片着色而逐渐上升,与花青苷含量呈极显著的正相关关系,说明PPO是秋色叶植物叶片变色过程中的关键酶之一。

Three kinds of fall-leaf plant Acer truncatum Bunge,Rhus typhina Linn and Parthenocissus quinquefolia Planch were used as the materials,the changes of anthocyanin content and the activities of SOD,POD,PPO were dynamically investigated at leaf coloring stages,and the relationship between them was also studied.The results showed that: the anthocyanin content of three kinds of fall-leaf plant determined the leaves coloring degree.The anthocyanin content in three fall-leaf plants tended upwards in line with the process of leaves coloring,the synthesis rate of anthocyanin in Rhus typhina and Parthenocissus tricuspidata ascended faster than Acer truncatum Bunge.The SOD activity showed a drop tendency in the process of color transformation,and the SOD activity was strongly negatively relative with anthocyanin content,suggesting that the SOD activity is not conducive to leaves coloring of fall-leaf plant.The POD activity showed an increasing at first,then showed a decreased tendency,and the relativity between the POD activity and anthocyanin content is different among three kinds of fall-leaf plant.The PPO activity rises along with the color changes and is strongly positively relative with anthocyanin content,further illustrating that the PPO activity plays an important role in the process of leaves coloring of fall-leaf plant.
