中国古代廉政文化作为传统治国之道的重要部分,是当代中国政治文明建设的宝贵思想资源。就其哲学基础而言,民本思想是传统社会政治权力合法性的基础,人性论是传统社会官德修养的理论依据,义利之辨影响着古代官吏的行为模式,天人合一的有机整体论世界观塑造着古代官员的社会责任感。对中国古代廉政文化哲学基础的准确把握有助于我们深入了解传统的治国智慧,汲取历史经验,拓宽理论视野,更好地开展党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争,促使社会变得更加清明和公正。

As an important part of the traditional statecraft, Chinese ancient anti-corruption culture serves as the precious thoughts resources for the political civilization construction in contemporary China. As for the philosophical foundation, people-oriented thought is the legitimacy foundation of the political powers in the traditional society, and the theory of human nature is the theoretical basis of the moral cultivation for ancient officials. Conflicts between righteousness and profits affect the behavior pattern of ancient officials, and the organic holism of the harmony between man and nature moulds the ancient officials＇ social responsibility. Grasping accurately the philosophical basis of anti-corruption culture in ancient China will help us further understand the traditional wisdom of governance, draw historical experience, expand theoretical perspectives, carry out better the construction of the Party conduct and of an honest and clean government, struggle strongly against corruption and make the society we live more clear and fair.
