体育高职院校人才培养工作是一项系统工程，要求国家、行业、企业、体育高职院校等各方面力量在校企合作管理平台构建的基础上形成合力，以专业建设平台的构建为核心，结合社会服务平台，建设具有体育高职教育特色的发展模式，培养为体育事业和体育产业服务的能够满足生产、管理、服务等一线需求的高端技能型体育人才。
