采用单体预乳化法,通过甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸和有机硅单体共聚,得到具有较好耐水性,耐高低温性的有机硅改性苯丙乳液.实验表明,有机硅的最佳用量为单体的1.5%,乳液的各项性能有明显提高.通过傅里叶红外光谱分析、差示扫描量热分析、激光粒度分析对改性乳液进行了表征.

Styrene-acrylic copolymer latexes containing silicone units were prepared via pre-emulsification of methacrylate(MMA),butylacrylate(BA), styrene(ST),methacrylic acid(MAA) and silicone monomer.Results showed that silicone-acrylate copolymer had good temperature stability at high or low temperature, water resistance.The results showed that adding silicone 1.5% to the system,the performance of the silicone-acrylate copolymer have been enhanced.The silicone-acrylate copolymer was characterized by spectra of infrared ray,DSC and particle size analyzer.
