通过对河北省八所高校贫困大学生资助现状进行调查,发现河北省高校在贫困大学资助中存在包括贫困生的认定标准不明确,勤工助学工作进展缓慢,学费减免比例低以及缺乏对贫困生心理健康的关注等.经过深入分析调研后,提出严把贫困生认定关,培养贫困生自立能力,减免学费,关注其心理健康,加大社会投入等对策.

Based on the questionnaire survey of poor college students in Hebei province,this article found that there were many problems existing in Hebei province's funding system.There were many problems in this issue,for instance the standards of determining the poor college students is not clear,the work-study progress was slow,low proportion of fee remission and the lack of the mental concerning about the poor college students.The article analyzed the present situation and gave some measures to resolve the problems:to strict customs the poor students;to cultivate the self-reliance ability of the poor college students;to carried out Fee Remission Scheme;to concern about their mental health and increase the community input.
