目的：评价梯度回波化学位移成像诊断腹腔含脂病变诊断的价值。资料与方法对55例上腹部脏器患有含脂局灶病变的病例(其中局灶性脂肪肝15例、肝细胞腺瘤2例、脂肪变性的高分化肝细胞癌9例、肾上腺腺瘤l8例、肾脏血管平滑肌脂肪瘤8例)进行扰相梯度回波(SPGR)T1WI同/反相位成像，分析病灶在各序列上的信号变化。结果所有的含脂病变在SPGR T1WI反相位图像出现类似的信号衰减。结论利用扰相GRET1WI序列，选用双回波技术在同一次扫描中同时获得反相位和同相位图像成像在检测病灶内脂肪方面具有重要诊断价值。
목적：평개제도회파화학위이성상진단복강함지병변진단적개치。자료여방법대55례상복부장기환유함지국조병변적병례(기중국조성지방간15례、간세포선류2례、지방변성적고분화간세포암9례、신상선선류l8례、신장혈관평활기지방류8례)진행우상제도회파(SPGR)T1WI동/반상위성상，분석병조재각서렬상적신호변화。결과소유적함지병변재SPGR T1WI반상위도상출현유사적신호쇠감。결론이용우상GRET1WI서렬，선용쌍회파기술재동일차소묘중동시획득반상위화동상위도상성상재검측병조내지방방면구유중요진단개치。
Objective To investigate the value of gradient echo chemical shiftimaging imaging in the diagnosis of abdominal fat containing lesions. Materialsandmethods With a fat containing focal lesions of 55 cases abdominal organs(including focal fatty liver in 15 cases, liver cell adenoma in 2 cases, fattydegeneration of liver cells in high differentiation carcinoma in 9 cases, L8 cases of adrenal adenoma, 8 cases of renal angiomyolipoma) were proceed gradient echo (SPGR T1WI) with/anti phase imaging, and signal change in each sequence of lesions were analyzed. Results All the fat containing lesions in SPGR T1WI reversephase images appear similar to signal attenuation. Conclusion By using the perturbation phase GRET1WI sequences, using dual echo technique in the same scan obtained at the same time the anti phase and phase imaging hasimportant diagnostic value in the detection of lesions within fatty.
