目的 通过对<内科护理学>课堂教学方法的改革,提高学生的临床思维能力和临床决策能力.方法 在目标教学的基础上,将情境教学法、讨论法及案例分析法综合运用于<内科护理学>的课堂教学中,自制调查问卷表,对349名学生进行了问卷调查,从而了解学生对课堂教学改革的评价.结果 学生认为多种教学方法的综合运用有利于激发学生的学习兴趣、调动课堂氛围、培养学生的临床思维能力,减轻了学生进人临床实习的焦虑.结论 <内科护理学>课堂教学方法的改革,注重对学生临床思维能力和临床决策能力的训练,缩短了理论课与临床实践的距离,能有效提高教学质量.

Objective To improve the students'clinical thinking abilities and clinical decision - making abilities by the reform of classroom teaching methods. Methods On the basis of target instruction, the situational teaching, discussion and case analysis method were applied in" Medicine Nursing Science" classroom teaching. A total of 349 students were investigated by self- made questionnaire to understand the students'evaluation about classroom teaching reform. Results Students considered that the integrated use of a variety of teaching methods was conducive to stimulate students'interest in learning, mobilize the classroom atmosphere, train the students'clinical thinking abilities and reduce the students' anxiety to clinical practice. Conclusions The reform of" Medicine Nursing Science" classroom teaching methods is focus on the training of students'clinical thinking abilities and clinical decision-making abilities, shortened the distance between theoretical courses and clinical practice, and it can effectively improve the
