带辅助环楔块式超越离合器不仅克服了常用超越离合器承械能力低、工作稳定性较差的缺陷,而且满足了大功率、高效率机械产品开发的需要.通过对其工作机理和工作过程的分析和描述,得到了其楔紧和退楔的条件,经仿真分析表明,该超越离会器具有结构简单、响应灵敏,承载能力强、稳定性高等特点.
帶輔助環楔塊式超越離閤器不僅剋服瞭常用超越離閤器承械能力低、工作穩定性較差的缺陷,而且滿足瞭大功率、高效率機械產品開髮的需要.通過對其工作機理和工作過程的分析和描述,得到瞭其楔緊和退楔的條件,經倣真分析錶明,該超越離會器具有結構簡單、響應靈敏,承載能力彊、穩定性高等特點.

The wedge typed overrunning clutch with assistantring not only overcame the defects of low load carrying capacity and of poor working stability of the commonly used overrunning clutch but also satisfied the needs of exploiting the high-powered and highefficient mechanical products. By means of analysis and description on its working mechanism and working process the conditions of wedge caulking and wedge refunding were obtained. The result of simulation showed that this overrunning clutch possesses character-istics of simple structure, sensitive response, strong load bearing capacity and high stability etc..
