从十字花科植物菘蓝(Isatis tinctorial L.)的根中首次分离鉴定出一组含有三种分子的高级不饱和脂肪酸，命名为板蓝根组酸。并发现其对人多形核细胞(PMN)氧化作用及化学发光具有激活作用，而其邻近流分则具有抑制活性。

To make isolation of a fraction and its subfractions from'Banlangen',root of Isatis tinctoria L.,and study their immunocompetence.Methods:Afraction 3 and its subfractions were isolated from'Banlangen'with dry-column flash chromato-graphy.It was tested that the effect of those fractions on chemiluminescence(CL) reaction of human polymorphonuclear cells(PMN).Results:A group of higher unsaturated fatty acids that contain three different moleuculse were isolated and elucidated from'Banlan-gen'for the first time and was named Banlangen-acids.A two-way immunocompetence was found form fraction 3 and its subfractins.Conclusion:There are some anti-inflamation components in fraction 3 and its subfractions from'Banlangen'.Banlangen-acids take an important role in it.
