目的：探讨经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板技术治疗肱骨髁间C型粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法2009年6月至2013年5月对32例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者，均采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路行双钢板内固定手术，观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果32例患者均获得随访，随访9~35个月，所有患者骨折均愈合。Cassebaum评分优18例，良9例，中4例，差1例，优良率为84.38％。未发生伤口感染、神经损伤等。结论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折疗效良好，不良反应少。
목적：탐토경척골응취절골입로쌍강판기술치료굉골과간C형분쇄성골절적림상료효。방법2009년6월지2013년5월대32례굉골과간분쇄성골절환자，균채용경척골응취절골입로행쌍강판내고정수술，관찰림상료효급불량반응。결과32례환자균획득수방，수방9~35개월，소유환자골절균유합。Cassebaum평분우18례，량9례，중4례，차1례，우량솔위84.38％。미발생상구감염、신경손상등。결론경척골응취절골입로쌍강판내고정치료굉골과간분쇄성골절료효량호，불량반응소。
Objective To investigate the the clinical results of the treatment of comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture ( Type C)using double plates technique with the trans-olecranon osteotomy approach. Methods 32 patients with comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with the trans-olecranon osteotomy approach. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were observed. Results All the patients were followed up for 9 ~ 35 months. All the patients achieved bony union. According to Cassebaum score,excellent in 18 cases,good in 9 cases,fair in 4 cases and poor in 1case,the excellent and good rate was 84. 38%,no wound infection or neural injury occurred. Conclusion Treatment of comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture(Type C)using double plates technique with the trans-olecranon osteotomy approach has good therapeutic effects.
