山地旱作区农业生产在整个京郊农业中一直占有重要地位.以延庆县为案例,采用资料收集与实地调查研究相结合的方法,重点对延庆县农业用水特征和水资源利用中存在的问题进行了分析研究,认为在满足水源保护和生态涵养要求的前提下,发挥区域特色自然资源和环境优势,重点发展有机农业、特种种养业和干果业,建立以高效雨养旱作和现代节水灌溉为核心的综合节水技术体系是当地节水农作制发展的方向.在此基础上,提出了当地适宜发展的4种节水农作制模式,即以控制水土流失和土地沙化为核心的节水林业发展模式、以提高降水利用效率为核心的现代雨养旱作发展模式、以发展特色作物种植为核心的节水灌溉发展模式、以开发优质特色畜产品为核心的农牧结合型节水发展模式.图1,表3,参8.

The dry land agricultural production in the mountainous and arid area plays an important role in Beijing. Taking Yanqing County as study ease,the paper analyzed the characteristics and problems of agricultural water resource utilixation through collecting data and pilot inveati-gation in this region. It also referred that devoting major efforts to developing characteristic planting and animal husbandry and establishing mod-ern dry farming and water-saving irrigation technology system was the sustainable developing direction of water-saving farming system in this re-gion. Lastly, four suitable developing patterns were set forth, these mainly included water-saving forestry pattern for controlling water and soft loss and soft desertification,rain-fed dry fanning psttem for improving rainfall use efficiency, water-saving irrigation pattern for the development of characteristic crops, the agro-pasture bonding pattern for devdoping high quality livestock products.
