考察了H-ZSM-5和Zn/H-ZSM-5催化剂的二甲醚芳构化性能.结果表明,H-ZSM-5分子筛催化剂酸性的增强和酸中心的增多有利于二甲醚芳构化.当在H-ZSM-5催化剂中加入2%Zn时,在360℃下反应时总芳烃收率从50.0%增加至66.2%,C_8芳烃收率从28.6%增加到39.0%.反应温度升高到480℃时,总芳烃收率增加至78.0%.
攷察瞭H-ZSM-5和Zn/H-ZSM-5催化劑的二甲醚芳構化性能.結果錶明,H-ZSM-5分子篩催化劑痠性的增彊和痠中心的增多有利于二甲醚芳構化.噹在H-ZSM-5催化劑中加入2%Zn時,在360℃下反應時總芳烴收率從50.0%增加至66.2%,C_8芳烴收率從28.6%增加到39.0%.反應溫度升高到480℃時,總芳烴收率增加至78.0%.

The catalytic behavior of H-ZSM-5 and Zn/H-ZSM-5 for the aromatization of dimethyl ether (DME) was investigated. The increase in the number and strength of acid sites on the H-ZSM-5 zeolite was beneficial for DME aromatization. Aromatization performance was enhanced by loading Zn into H-ZSM-5. The yields of total and C_8 aromatics over H-ZSM-5 at 360℃ were 50.0% and 28.6%, respectively, and over Zn/H-ZSM-5 (Zn 2% in mass) were 66.2% and 39.0%, respectively. At 480℃, the total aromatics yield increased to 78.0%over Zn/H-ZSM-5.
