[目的]克隆家蚕TPR基因,为研究该基因功能提供依据.[方法]利用Trizol法提取家蚕蛹期总RNA,再用RT-PCR的方法对家蚕TPR基因进行克隆.[结果]成功得到家蚕TPR基因全cDNA序列,并用PCR扩增得到了TPR基因的ORF,全长858 bp.[结论]首次对家蚕TPR家族基因进行了克隆,为今后对该基因功能研究奠定了坚实的基础.
[目的]剋隆傢蠶TPR基因,為研究該基因功能提供依據.[方法]利用Trizol法提取傢蠶蛹期總RNA,再用RT-PCR的方法對傢蠶TPR基因進行剋隆.[結果]成功得到傢蠶TPR基因全cDNA序列,併用PCR擴增得到瞭TPR基因的ORF,全長858 bp.[結論]首次對傢蠶TPR傢族基因進行瞭剋隆,為今後對該基因功能研究奠定瞭堅實的基礎.

[Objective] The aim was to clone Bombyx mori TRP gene. [Method] The total RNA of Bombyx mori was extracted during its pupal period with Trizol method, and then the TRP gene was cloned by RT-PCR. [Result] The full-length cDNA of TRP gene was successfully ob- tained, and the ORF fragment (858 bp) of TRP gene was cloned by PCR. [Conclusion] TRP gene of Bombyx mori was cloned for the first time, which could provide solid basis for the study on its function.
