Through the penetration color detection, the electron microscope scanning in fracture surface, the metallography detection in relevant regional cross section, the hardness testing and chemical element measurement on section, abnormal wear and cracks in the test for bearing roller of fast swing device are analyzed. Bearing inner ring breaking reasons are pointed out and some suggestions for improvement are put forward .
