采用不完全双列杂交法,对普通玉米4个品质性状(淀粉、油分、蛋白质、赖氨酸含量)的GCA和SCA及其相关进行了分析。同一品质性状不同亲本的GCA差异较大,同一自交系不同品质性状的GCA也有差异,同一品质性状因组合不同而SCA也不一样。亲本自交系的GCA和SCA对杂种的品质性状有重要作用,二者不能相互代替。
採用不完全雙列雜交法,對普通玉米4箇品質性狀(澱粉、油分、蛋白質、賴氨痠含量)的GCA和SCA及其相關進行瞭分析。同一品質性狀不同親本的GCA差異較大,同一自交繫不同品質性狀的GCA也有差異,同一品質性狀因組閤不同而SCA也不一樣。親本自交繫的GCA和SCA對雜種的品質性狀有重要作用,二者不能相互代替。

The values of GCA,SCA of 4 quality characters (starch content,oil content,protein content,lysine content)on maize and their correlation were analyzed.The GCA of every parent was different in the parity quality character.The GCA of 4 quality characters in every inbred line was different.The SCA of one quality character among each cross set was different.The GCA and SCA of parent lines played an important role in the quality character content of the hybrids.Their effects on the quality character of the hybrids couldn't replace each other.
