浙江师范大学与诸暨中学联合设立了“以微格教研为途径,提高教师综合教学素质的研究”实验课题,通过对在职教师进行微格教学训练和开展微格教研活动,促进数学教师学习教育理论,转变教育观念,使数学教师的课堂教学技能有所提高,课堂教学组织更加合理,综合教学能力趋于完善,更快、更好地掌握先进的教育技术,同时进一步激发和培养了数学教师的教育科研热情和能力,收到了良好的效果.

Research in improving Teachers′ comprehensive performance by means of Micro teaching,an experiment jointly carried out by Zhejiang Normal University and Zhuji Middle School,involving math teachers from the latter in training and research in micro teaching,has witnessed positive results.It facilitated the teachers to learn pedagogical theory,to cultivate new ideology,and to master advanced educational technologies,thus helped improving their teaching skills,classroom management,and overall performance;it also helped activating and cultivating their enthusiasm and ability in pedagogical research.
