　　目的探讨脑出血患者的临床护理和健康教育方法。方法对2010年1月—12月住院治疗的46例脑出血患者实施针对性护理措施，并进行康复训练和健康指导。结果46例患者显著好转12例，好转20例，进步4例，10例未愈出院；住院12 d~32 d，平均22 d。结论脑出血患者采取针对性的护理措施，预防脑疝、肺部感染、颅内再出血等并发症的发生，对患者进行康复训练和健康指导，能有效提高患者的生存质量。
　　목적탐토뇌출혈환자적림상호리화건강교육방법。방법대2010년1월—12월주원치료적46례뇌출혈환자실시침대성호리조시，병진행강복훈련화건강지도。결과46례환자현저호전12례，호전20례，진보4례，10례미유출원；주원12 d~32 d，평균22 d。결론뇌출혈환자채취침대성적호리조시，예방뇌산、폐부감염、로내재출혈등병발증적발생，대환자진행강복훈련화건강지도，능유효제고환자적생존질량。
Objective To explore cerebral hemorrhage patients clinical nursing experience and psychological counseling method. Methods January 2010 to December hospitalization cerebral hemorrhage patients 46 cases of clinical nursing methods and psychological counseling method were retrospectively summarized. Results Marked improvement in 12 cases,improved 20 cases,there is progress 4 cases,10 cases recovered discharge. Hospital 12-32 d, an average of 22 d. Conclusion Cerebral hemorrhage patients take pertinent nursing measures to prevent brain hernia, and pulmonary infection,intracranial bleeding complications such as again,carried out on the patient rehabilitation training and health guidance,can improve the quality of life of patients.
