Occult blood (OB)%Benzidine method%FOB%FOB+Tf
目的:对粪便隐血(OB)试验进行方法学的探讨。方法:①比较血红蛋白和转铁蛋白联合免疫法(FOB+T0、血红蛋白胶体金法(FOB)与联苯胺法对500仙g/mL的人血红蛋白液及4种动物血红蛋白液检测的灵敏度差异。②用联合免疫法(FOB+Tf)、血红蛋白胶体金法(FOB)和联苯胺法检测8种不同质量浓度的血红蛋白液以确定检出最低限值。⑧比较联合免疫法(FOB+Tf)、血红蛋白胶体金法(FOB)和联苯胺法检测100例住院患者随机粪便和43例大肠癌患者便潜血的阳性检出率。结果:①联合免疫法(FOB+Tf)、血红蛋白胶体金法(FOB)及联苯胺法最低检出限量分别为005、0.2及100μg/mL;②联苯胺法对人和动物的血红蛋白均发生反应,血红蛋白胶体金法只与人的血红蛋白反应,而联合免疫法是对人的血红蛋白、转铁蛋白发生抗原抗体反应,从而进一步提高了单克隆抗体法的阳性检出率。对于100例住院患者随机粪便,联苯胺法检出35例,血红蛋白胶体金法检出19例,联合免疫法(FOB+T0检出20例。对于43例大肠癌患者,联苯胺法检出26例,血红蛋白胶体金法检出38例,联合免疫法检出39例。结论:联合务.塘法嚣敏唐高、特鼻性强.因可同时测定血红蛋白和转铁晷白可据高消化省出血及大肠肿痛的阳性检出率。

목적:대분편은혈(OB)시험진행방법학적탐토。방법:①비교혈홍단백화전철단백연합면역법(FOB+T0、혈홍단백효체금법(FOB)여련분알법대500선g/mL적인혈홍단백액급4충동물혈홍단백액검측적령민도차이。②용연합면역법(FOB+Tf)、혈홍단백효체금법(FOB)화련분알법검측8충불동질량농도적혈홍단백액이학정검출최저한치。⑧비교연합면역법(FOB+Tf)、혈홍단백효체금법(FOB)화련분알법검측100례주원환자수궤분편화43례대장암환자편잠혈적양성검출솔。결과:①연합면역법(FOB+Tf)、혈홍단백효체금법(FOB)급련분알법최저검출한량분별위005、0.2급100μg/mL;②련분알법대인화동물적혈홍단백균발생반응,혈홍단백효체금법지여인적혈홍단백반응,이연합면역법시대인적혈홍단백、전철단백발생항원항체반응,종이진일보제고료단극륭항체법적양성검출솔。대우100례주원환자수궤분편,련분알법검출35례,혈홍단백효체금법검출19례,연합면역법(FOB+T0검출20례。대우43례대장암환자,련분알법검출26례,혈홍단백효체금법검출38례,연합면역법검출39례。결론:연합무.당법효민당고、특비성강.인가동시측정혈홍단백화전철귀백가거고소화성출혈급대장종통적양성검출솔。
Objective To investigate the effect of occult blood test with different methods. Methods ①To compare the sensitivity among FOB+Tf, FOB and Benzidine method by measuring the human hemoglobin liquid with a density of 500 μg/mL and 4 kinds of animal hemoglobin liquid. ②Using FOB +Tf, FOB and Benzidine method to detect 8 different density hemoglobin liquid in order to get the lowest detectability. ③To compare the positive rate among FOB+Tf, FOB and Benzidine method with feces of 100 random hospital patients and 43 patients with caner of colon. Results ①The lowest detectability using FOB+Tf, FOB and Benzidine method were 0.05, 0.2 and 100μg/mL in order. ②Both human and animal hemoglobin have reaction with Benzidine method. Only human hemoglobin has reaction with FOB. FOB +Tf was reacted with the antigens of human hemoglobin and transferrin had increased the positive rate. The positive incidents were 35,19 and 20 of 100 hospital patients in order to be detected by Benzidine method, FOB and FOB +Tf. To 43 patients with cancer of colon, there were 26 masculines with Benzidine method, 38 with FOB and 39 with FOB+Tf. Conclusion FOB+Tf is the most sensitive and specific method because not only can it detect the hemoglobin and transferring at the same time but also it can increase the positive rates in alimentary tract hemorrhaze and cancer of colon.
