目的 探索临床护士绩效考核指标,以增强绩效考核的客观性、规范性和可操作性.方法 分析影响临床护士工作绩效的主要因素,运用关键指标法(KPI)、360度考核法,从工作任务、岗位职责、能力与态度3方面对临床护士进行全面考评.结果 提升了临床护士的综合素质,提高了护理质量.结论 该方法 客观、有效、操作方便,有助于调动临床护士的工作积极性和创造性.

Objective To explore the clinical nurses performance examination with the purpose of enchancing the objective, normative and operative of performance examination indexes, as to exhume potential working performace as well as the working en-thusiasm in clincal nurses. Method In this course, two steps were adopted: 1. Working analysis was used to find out the infuen-cial factors in nurses working performace; 2. The nurses'performance indexes come into being by the use of Key Performance Index and all-round assesment, tradical charactor assesment to evaluate the performance outcome on three aspects: unit target, job re-sponsibility, behavior attitude. Result The nurses'comprehensive charactor has increased, inertia decreased, and the nurse man-agement has raised. Conclusion The clinical nurses performance assesment form has been build up with the charactor of objec-tive, normative and operative, promoting the initiative of nurses and build a favourable, normative management guidance.
