应用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-AEP),对中药辛夷中的微量元素进行了测定分析.结果表明,辛夷中Ca、Al、Mg、P、Fe等元素含量相对较高,变异系数范围在0.87%~6.82%之间,元素回收率在95.02%~103.53%之间.该法操作简便、快速,可用于中药辛夷中微量元素的测定.
應用電感耦閤等離子體髮射光譜儀(ICP-AEP),對中藥辛夷中的微量元素進行瞭測定分析.結果錶明,辛夷中Ca、Al、Mg、P、Fe等元素含量相對較高,變異繫數範圍在0.87%~6.82%之間,元素迴收率在95.02%~103.53%之間.該法操作簡便、快速,可用于中藥辛夷中微量元素的測定.

To determine the content of trace elements in Magnolia denudata Desr by ICP atomic emission spectroscopy. The result showed that the content of calcium, magnesium, selenium, and aluminium was abundant. The relative standard deviation of this measurement was 0. 87%~6. 82% , the recovery rate of sample was 95. 02% ~103. 53%. The results show that the method to determine trace elements by ICP-AES is stable and reliable,
