天然气中微量的汞对轻烃装置的铝合金板翅式换热器(简称:冷箱)具有极强的腐蚀性.若未及时脱除,在一定工况和时间内,将造成冷箱腐蚀穿孔,引发气体泄漏,装置停产,造成巨大的经济损失和安全事故,危害极大.而冷箱的汞腐蚀与防护问题也是气田开发过程中容易被忽略的薄弱环节.文章结合冷箱汞腐蚀案例和轻烃装置运行工况实际,对轻烃装置冷箱汞腐蚀的机理和影响因素做了一定的研究和分析,对人们提高冷箱汞腐蚀的认识,有针对性采取相应的防护措施,具有较高的参考价值.

Minim mercury existed in natural gas can induce a strong corrosion in plate - fin heat exchanger (named cool box) made of aluminum alloy, which is used in light recovery unit. The severe pitting-corrosion may lead to the gas leak even production stops, which cause great financial losses but also security risk unless we removed mercury immediately. Unfortunately, the mercury corrosion was always considered as a weak link in production accident in the process of oil & gas exploration and development. Based on the case of corrosion caused by mercury in the cool box, this paper discussed the corrosion mechanism and influencing factors, and the obtained results may be beneficial to people enhance the understanding of the corrosion and take corresponding prevent measures.
