目的 明确神经肽Y(NPY)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)在先天性胫骨假关节(CPT)病变组织中的表达,以进一步研究CPT的病因及发病机制.方法 取20例CPT患儿的20个骨膜及假关节处骨质标本作为实验组,以20例正常骨膜、骨组织作为对照组,采用免疫组化方法对二组标本中NPY、VIP的表达进行检测.结果 NPY主要位于骨膜及骨组织中的血管壁内及周围,在CPT的骨膜中呈强阳性表达,在CPT骨折端骨组织及对照组骨组织中不表达;VIP在骨膜和骨组织中均有表达,在CPT的骨膜中较对照组表达减弱,而在骨折端骨组织的破骨细胞中则较对照组表达加强.结论 NPY和VIP在CPT中存在表达异常,NPY和VIP的异常表达可能是导致先天性胫骨假关节的因素之一.

Objective To research the expression of neuropeptide Y(NPY) and vasoactive intestirre peptide(VIP) in the pathologic tissue of patients with congenital pseudarthrosis of tibia(CPT),in order to study the pathogenesis of CPT.Methods Twenty periosts and bones taken from 20 patients with CPT were included in the experimental group,and 20 normal periosts and bones were included in the control group.Immunohistochemistry stain was applied to determine the differences of the expression between NPY and VIP in these two groups.Results NPY was located at the vessel wall and its periphery in periosts and bones,with a stronger positive expression in periosts of patients with CPT than that in the control group,while both negative in the bone tissue and the control group.VIP was positive in both periosts and bones,with a weaker positive expression in periosts of CPT than that in the control group,while a stronger positive expression in osteoclasts of CPT than that in the control group.Conclusions The anomaly expressions of NPY and VIP exist in patients with CPT,which may be one of the causes of CPT.
