设计出一种盘形缝隙式双筒磁流变液减振器(MRD)的结构并描述了其工作原理.对联合研制的盘形缝隙式双筒MRD的阻尼力随电流、位移、缝隙高度和频率等参数变化规律进行了试验研究.试验结果表明盘形缝隙式双筒MRD的阻尼力随着控制电流的增大呈非线性增加;峰值阻尼力可调系数和耗功能力可调系数均随频率增大呈非线性减小,相反却随缝隙高度的增大呈非线性增加.通过分析该型MRD的阻尼特性,为其在装甲车悬挂系统半主动控制中的应用奠定了基础.
設計齣一種盤形縫隙式雙筒磁流變液減振器(MRD)的結構併描述瞭其工作原理.對聯閤研製的盤形縫隙式雙筒MRD的阻尼力隨電流、位移、縫隙高度和頻率等參數變化規律進行瞭試驗研究.試驗結果錶明盤形縫隙式雙筒MRD的阻尼力隨著控製電流的增大呈非線性增加;峰值阻尼力可調繫數和耗功能力可調繫數均隨頻率增大呈非線性減小,相反卻隨縫隙高度的增大呈非線性增加.通過分析該型MRD的阻尼特性,為其在裝甲車懸掛繫統半主動控製中的應用奠定瞭基礎.

Structure and principle of the Twin-tube Magnetorheological fluid damper(MRD)were designed and described.The laws of varying damp force with current,displacement,gap and frequency were investigated by testing for the damper.The tested results show that the damp force increases nonlinearly with the increase of control current;the adjustable coefficients of peak damp force and consuming energy decreases nonlinearly with the increase of frequency,and increases nonlinearly with the increase of gap.The tested investigation of damping characteristics lays the foundation for the application of the damper to semi-active control of suspension system of armored vehicle.
