目的 探讨阿是止泻胶囊对甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)性腹泻大鼠十二指肠黏膜肥大细胞(MC)的影响.方法 制备甲亢性腹泻大鼠模型.运用阿是止泻胶囊低、中、高剂量及黄连素对其干预,采用免疫组化技术测定对照组、模型组、黄连素组、阿是止泻胶囊低、中、高剂量组大鼠十二指肠黏膜MC数量、脱颗粒比率、面积、周长、等效直径及圆形度.结果 ①与对照组比较,模型组十二指肠黏膜MC数目、面积、周长、等效直径增大,圆形度变小(P<0.01或P<0.05);②与模型组比较,黄连素组、高剂量组十二指肠黏膜MC数目、面积、周长、等效直径变小,圆形度增大(P<0.01或P<0.05).结论 阿是止泻胶囊能降低十二指肠黏膜MC数目,可能是其治疗甲亢腹泻的机制之一.

목적 탐토아시지사효낭대갑상선공능항진(갑항)성복사대서십이지장점막비대세포(MC)적영향.방법 제비갑항성복사대서모형.운용아시지사효낭저、중、고제량급황련소대기간예,채용면역조화기술측정대조조、모형조、황련소조、아시지사효낭저、중、고제량조대서십이지장점막MC수량、탈과립비솔、면적、주장、등효직경급원형도.결과 ①여대조조비교,모형조십이지장점막MC수목、면적、주장、등효직경증대,원형도변소(P<0.01혹P<0.05);②여모형조비교,황련소조、고제량조십이지장점막MC수목、면적、주장、등효직경변소,원형도증대(P<0.01혹P<0.05).결론 아시지사효낭능강저십이지장점막MC수목,가능시기치료갑항복사적궤제지일.
Objective To investigate the Asi-antidiarrheal capsule's effect on mast cell(MC)in duodenum mucosa of thyroid hormone-induced diarrheic(hyperthyroid diarrhea,HD)rats.Methods.The model of thyroid hormone-induced diarrheic rats was prepared and interfered by low,medium and high dose of Asi-antidiarrheal capsule and berberine.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the population,ratio of degranulation,area,perimeter,equivalent diameter and cyclo-dimension of the MC in duodenum mucosa of control group(CG),model group(MG),berberine group(BG)and Asiantidiarrheal capsule group(AG).Results Compared with CG,the population,area,perimeter and equivalent diameter of the MC in duodenum mucosa were increased and the cyclo-dimension was decreased in MG(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Compared with MG,the population,area,perimeter and equivalent diameter of the MC in duodenum mucosa were decreased and the cyelo-dimension was increased in BG and high dose AG(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Asi-antidiarrheal capsule can decrease the number of MC in duodenum mucosa and that may have potential effect on hyperthyroidism diarrhea.
