以某型发动机燃油流量调节器为研究对象,根据其工作原理和物理结构建立了数学模型。利用小波对某状态下的试车数据进行滤波,然后进行仿真,从而验证了模型的正确性。分析了燃油流量调节器的典型故障,并仿真计算了燃油流量调节器在膜盒老化和变计量油孔磨损、堵塞的故障模式下的供油量。计算表明:对于燃油流量调节器的供油特性,膜盒老化的影响不大,而变计量油孔的磨损、堵塞的影响十分显著。

An aeroengine fuel regulator was taken as the research object, and its mathematical model was established according to its principle and physical structure. The test data at certain state was filtered by the wavelet.The correctness of the model was verifid by simulating. The typical faults of fuel regulator were analyzed and the oil supply were simulated in the failure mode of aging diaphragm, variable measurement hole wear and clogging. The calculation results show that the effect of the variable measurement hole wear and clogging on the oil supply characteristics is significant, but the effect of the aging diaphragm on the oil supply characteristics is not obvious.
