首先从新古典经济学理论、公共选择学派的个体理性与集体理性理论的视角对企业社会责任发展进行了理论分析,然后提出了企业社会责任发展的三维综合机制,在此基础上分别对企业社会责任发展的市场机制、行政机制、社会机制的作用机理进行了阐述.认为市场机制是企业社会责任发展的牵引动力;行政机制是企业社会责任发展的主要推动力量;社会机制是企业社会责任发展的主要监督力量.企业社会责任的发展必须综合运用这3种机制.

This paper,first makes a theoretical analysis of corporate social ability development,and then,from the perspective of new classical economics theory,individual rationality and collective rationality theory of public choice school,puts forward the ＂3D＂ comprehensive mechanism of corporate social responsibility development.It holds that the market mechanism is the traction power of corporate social responsibility development;administrative mechanism is the main impetus of corporate social responsibility development;social mechanism is the supervision force of corporate social responsibility development.The three mechanisms must be applied synthetically to the development of corporate social responsibility development.
