目的 探讨案例教学法在流行病学教学中的应用效果.方法 在广西医科大学2005级临床医学专业中整群随机抽取2个班的96名学生作为研究对象,其中一个班为实验组,另一个班为对照组,分别采用案例教学法和传统教学法进行授课,并对案例教学法的教学效果进行问卷调查.结果 实验组学生的流行病学考核成绩明显高于对照组.在调查问卷中,实验组学生在掌握重点内容,锻炼分析、解决问题能力,提高学习兴趣,锻炼语言表达能力,提高协调应变、合作学习能力等项目的评分上高于对照组.结论 案例教学法适用于流行病学教学有助于提高教学质量.

Objective To explore the effects of the case method teaching in teaching epidemiology.Methods 96 students in two classes in 2005 Clinical Medicine Major,Guangxi Medical University were randomly selected as subjects by cluster-sample method,and 49 students in one of classes as a test group and 47 students in the other class as the control group.The case method teaching and the traditional teaching method were used in epidemiology in the two groups,respectively.The effects of the case method teaching were investigated.Results The epidemiological examination score of students in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group.In the questionnaire,the experimental group students scored higher than that in the control group on the following items:grasping the key content,raising analysis and problem-solving skills,increasing interest in learning,culturing language skills,enhancing coordination and cooperation ability.Conclusions The case method teaching could be employed successfully in teaching epidemiology,and using the case method teaching to teach epidemiology may improve the quality of teaching.
