目的 用紫外分光光度法不经分离直接测定复方异丙嗪糖浆中盐酸异丙嗪的含量.方法 二阶导数光谱法,测定波长为256 nm.结果 盐酸异丙嗪在5.21~31.26 μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,峰零间振幅D对浓度C的回归方程C=-651.25×D+0.3256,r=1.0000,平均回收率为101.10%,相对标准偏差为0.98%.结论 二阶导数光谱法测定复方异丙嗪糖浆中盐酸异丙嗪含量简便、快速、结果准确.

Objective To determine the quantity of compound Promethazine Syrup without any separation bv ultraviolet spectrophotometry(UV).Methods A secondary derivative spectrophotometry was used and the detection wavelength was at 256 nm.Results The linear ranges was 5.21~31.26 μg/ml,r=1.0000,the average recover was 101.10% for the determination of promethazine hydrochloride in compound promethazine syrup.RSD=0.98%.Conclusion Secondary derivative spectrophotometry is sensitive,rapid and accurate.
