目的:分离鉴定红药干燥茎的化学成分.方法:甲醇提取,硅胶、Sephadex LH-20及ODS柱色谱分离,采用NMR和MS等方法确定化合物的结构.结果:分离鉴定了5个苯乙醇苷类化合物,分别为3,4-dihydroxyphenyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),3,4-dihydroxyphenyl alcohol-6-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(calceolarioside B)(2),3,4-di-hydroxyphenyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-6-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(一antainoside D)(3),3,4-dihydroxyphenyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-4-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(plantamajoside)(4),3,4-dihydroxyphenyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-6-O-feruloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(scroside E)(5).结论:化合物3,5为首次从该科植物中得到,化合物1,2,4为首次从该属植物中得到.
目的:分離鑒定紅藥榦燥莖的化學成分.方法:甲醇提取,硅膠、Sephadex LH-20及ODS柱色譜分離,採用NMR和MS等方法確定化閤物的結構.結果:分離鑒定瞭5箇苯乙醇苷類化閤物,分彆為3,4-dihydroxyphenyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),3,4-dihydroxyphenyl alcohol-6-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(calceolarioside B)(2),3,4-di-hydroxyphenyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-6-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(一antainoside D)(3),3,4-dihydroxyphenyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-4-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(plantamajoside)(4),3,4-dihydroxyphenyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-6-O-feruloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(scroside E)(5).結論:化閤物3,5為首次從該科植物中得到,化閤物1,2,4為首次從該屬植物中得到.
목적:분리감정홍약간조경적화학성분.방법:갑순제취,규효、Sephadex LH-20급ODS주색보분리,채용NMR화MS등방법학정화합물적결구.결과:분리감정료5개분을순감류화합물,분별위3,4-dihydroxyphenyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),3,4-dihydroxyphenyl alcohol-6-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(calceolarioside B)(2),3,4-di-hydroxyphenyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-6-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(일antainoside D)(3),3,4-dihydroxyphenyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-4-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(plantamajoside)(4),3,4-dihydroxyphenyl alcohol-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→3)-6-O-feruloyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(scroside E)(5).결론:화합물3,5위수차종해과식물중득도,화합물1,2,4위수차종해속식물중득도.
