　　目的总结孕32周胎膜早破产妇的护理经验。方法27例孕32周胎膜早破患者入院后均予以头低足高位，并长期严格卧床休息,予以硫酸镁保胎治疗，地塞米松促进胎肺成熟，常规预防性抗感染治疗，加强宣教及心理护理，做好各项监测与操作，动态观察病情变化。结果27例患者均成功保胎至36+5周以后，B超证实胎儿已经成熟，顺利阴道分娩。患者及新生儿均恢复良好，满意出院。结论做好孕32周胎膜早破患者的护理十分重要，加强宣教及心理护理，严密监测与操作，注意长期卧床相关护理，避免并发症，指导分娩，多能获得良好结局。
　　목적총결잉32주태막조파산부적호리경험。방법27례잉32주태막조파환자입원후균여이두저족고위，병장기엄격와상휴식,여이류산미보태치료，지새미송촉진태폐성숙，상규예방성항감염치료，가강선교급심리호리，주호각항감측여조작，동태관찰병정변화。결과27례환자균성공보태지36+5주이후，B초증실태인이경성숙，순리음도분면。환자급신생인균회복량호，만의출원。결론주호잉32주태막조파환자적호리십분중요，가강선교급심리호리，엄밀감측여조작，주의장기와상상관호리，피면병발증，지도분면，다능획득량호결국。
Objective to study the pregnancy in August premature bankruptcy woman successful nursing experience. Methods pregnancy August 27 cases of premature rupture of membranes,and successfully giving birth to fetal maturity.22-36 years old,an average of 28.1 years.Admitted later to be head with foot-high,and strict bed rest.Be treated with magnesium sulfate baotai,dexamethasone to promote fetal lung maturity,routine prophylactic antimicrobial therapy,strengthening propaganda and education and mental care,monitoring and operations,dynamic observation of changes.Prevent complications of bedridden,and vaginal delivery reduced labor.Instructions on breastfeeding.Patients are able to successfully baotai to 36+5 weeks later,ultrasound confirmed that the fetus has come to stop baotai,successful vaginal delivery.All patients and newborns is a good recovery and satisfaction out of the hospital. Results patients are able to successfully baotai to 36+5 weeks later,b-ultrasound confirmed that the fetus has matured,successful vaginal delivery. Conclusion pregnancy August care is important in patients with premature rupture of membranes,strengthen propaganda and education and mental care,strengthen monitoring and operations,attention in bed long-term care,avoid complications,guide the delivery,how can have a good outcome.
